Great question. Not only is there intelligent life in outer space, but there is also intelligent life (meaning extra terrestrials, ET's) already here on Earth. Although ET's and Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO's) might still be considered fringe discussions, the truth of the matter is that UFO sightings are more common among the general public than ever. Also, the disclosure movement is growing and governments world wide are being asked to release the information they are secretly holding about ET's and UFO's (Google: Steven Greer, Edgar Mitchell and Bob Dean for more information). Yes, ET's are living within our presence as they have for eons (as indicated by the mythologies, both written and verbal, by the ancient indigenous cultures around the Earth). Beyond the discussion about ET presences, there is another very timely and pressing conversation: the difference between Divine ET's and Ill-Intended ET's. For this conversation, let's set the history stage: On July 8, 1947 a UFO crashed outside Roswell, New Mexico and the US Military covered up the event ("The Day After Roswell" by Phillip Corso). On July 26, 1947 President Truman signed the National Security Act (NSA) that went into effect on September 18, 1947. This piece of legislation changed the face of disclosure. NSA meant the government could legally opt out of sharing information with the American public on the grounds that it was a national security issue. This created a space within our government, and especially our military, for people, projects, the military, and ET's themselves to function beyond the public eye. But the story doesn't end there. In February 1954 President Eisenhower was purported to have had a three day meeting with ET's at Edward's Air Force Base, and furthermore, signed an agreement with ET's that was not necessarily in the best interest of the American public. ("Exposing U.S. Government Policies on Extraterrestrial Life: The Challenge of Exopolitics" by Dr. Michael Salla). In this agreement, Eisenhower gave permission for certain ET's (primarily the Gray ET species) to have access to the American public for human abductions in exchange for military technology. For over fifty years now, the Gray's (Ill-Intended ET's) have abducted innocent humans for their own uses and the American government, under the auspices of NSA, have not only denied this information but have also created negative information campaigns about these abductions. The elements of this situation have created one primary thing: human distrust or disbelief of ET's. This negative and threatening ET information has acted as a block against positive, light-filled, Divine ET's (the light-sided Pleiadians, Sirians, Orions, Arcturians and more) to connect with us. They walk among us and hang in light ships above us in multi-dimensionality (yes, even above Durango). They are ready to make contact with us in the process of assisting us with our consciousness evolution, the great shift of this time.
