• Alaska... going energy nuts?: I recently heard from one of my Alaska clients (this was mid-March) that they are experiencing not just challenging energy lately, but off the charts, nuts energy:
  
  “So, is it just me, or has there been a MASSIVE surge of crazy energy the last few days. We have had the most amazing Northern Lights show, and frequently they ripple right over my house. (No surprise there, as they are electrically charged ions from sun spots that are attracted to the magnetic forces of the earth.) But the s*** (for the lack of a better word) that is happening all over our town is appalling. I have talked to several people who have been up all night with their babies who are freaked out about monsters in the bedroom, and "creatures" under and in their beds--or just general fussiness all night. Thursday was a terrible day. That was the night the kids couldn't sleep, I couldn't sleep, my son was up all night just watching movies because he couldn't sleep...”
  
  Several elements came to my being from her email: the thinning of the veil is making it easier for us to see through, especially children who are ‘fresh’ from the other side and can easily see. Also, there is something about Alaska being farther north and that part of the world feels more susceptible to electro-magnetic anomalies, which I suspect will become more so through the entire globe during this shift (see also the notations about the switching of the poles further down in this energy update). I’d be curious as to how northern Norway, Sweden, Russia and China are fairing right now as well? (If you know, please enlighten). Also, for those in Alaska, Bob recently mentioned that we are headed into a window of high solar flare activity from the sun — so we’re going to be even more affected.
  
  As for dealing with ‘monsters under the bed’: If you are a parent with children voicing their fears, please recognize what your child is saying as valid and please work with them. It might be helpful to read my article on Sacred Space, to give you some basic tools in setting space within your home and clearing some of these unwanted entities/energies. I clearly remember being a little girl and not feeling safe at night because of the ‘monsters’ hovering over me while I was in bed. I now know they were (unhappy) disincarnate souls and less than well intended extra terrestrials. Had I had the opportunity to voice my concerns and have a willing adult help me, what a difference it might have made in my life. Please give your child the opportunity to voice themselves. Children know what they feel and many of them are gifted seers. Please give them a chance to verbalize what they are experiencing and work with them to change and/or improve their energy environment. This will allow them (and you) to experience making an active change in their/your life and show them (and you) that they/you are empowered individuals who can make a difference. Overall Energy Outlook

At the time of writing this (March 25-30, 08) I do not have the psychic clarity looking out at the oncoming months (like I did a month ago). So, the best I can do this month is stick with last month’s energy forecast, and if I see clearly into an opening, I’ll let all of you know. As for this month, the front end felt like it was/has been sticking (stuck/trapped feelings) with all the energies of late January, February and into March building in that ‘stuck-ness’ — so it feels/felt like things could blow. This ‘stuck-ness’ recently let go a bit over the Equinox and Easter weekend — which felt somewhat good, but it’s not been a completely ‘ah-filled’ letting go. Why? Here’s what I can pick up. This letting go does not feel like a complete energy release as much as it feels like, well, atoms pulling apart from one another that don’t really want to pull apart. It’s as though so much pressure/energy has built up, that at a microcosmic energy level, things are being forced apart that are having a hard time letting go. It’s a feeling of ‘this needs to happen, but its really really hard.’ Which has left me (and I’m wondering how many of you) feeling disoriented. I can feel the ‘blow’ of energy release wanting to happen, but it’s not really occurring. Yet, at the same time, I can feel this pulling apart of two worlds (more on this later in this update) at a deep deep level that is terribly uncomfortable for everyone. And it’s making ‘stuff’ and ‘gunk’ and ‘things’ come up even more (in a way that is bordering on and is uncontrollable). Personally, I’ve had some ‘over the top’ cathartic energy releases that blindsided me, yet — they were SO important. I’ve been watching Bob release the darker heavier layers of his things (almost like he can’t but help do it.) And I’ve been hearing from and watching others deal with dark energies just coming up on nearly an involuntary level. The energies are such that we can’t help it. The tough stuff, even more than before is coming up and releasing because the higher/intense resonating energies just will not allow the lower resonating energies to stay any longer. (And for those of you who are astrologists — and talk in code to one another — my understanding is that Pluto has a lot to do with this right now.)


One Piece of Information Worth Note That Connects Later (possibly):

The second piece of information is a bit more esoteric, but fascinating. I have a psychic friend, Robert, on the Front Range who sees/experiences the Earth’s energy. He’s able to view the entire globe and from what I can discern, read the electromagnetic grid and the Earth’s energy, interpreting events on Earth. Usually, he talks to me about a fluctuation here and a fluctuation there (our energies affecting Earth and vice versa). My last visit with him, he told me that he’s been feeling a major event (not fluctuation) occurring sometime this year in September/October where the Earth’s energy actually dents in or inverses. It’s not like anything I’ve ever heard him describe (and he’s been sharing these with me for about three years now.) This might connect with something Drunvalo Melchizedek talks about in his new book “The Serpent of Light.”

I haven’t been much of a reader the past two years as I’ve been psychically ‘reading’ so much energy. Recently, however, a new book came across my radar screen that snatched my attention in a way a book hasn’t in awhile. I cannot recommend this book enough. (Melchizedek is also the author of the well known “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life.” Also, a highly recommended two volume set.)

Melchizedek can wander all over the place with all kinds of interesting stories, yet weave in multitudes of metaphysical tidbits, all connecting and bringing you to a place of understanding. I don’t know how he does it, but he does it beautifully with this book. So many of all my little pieces of information about our ancient human race on this planet came to light by reading his work, and was then held up in a large picture kind of way that is very enlightening and inspiring. In the face of the bumpy ride we are living through, this book, and Drunvalo’s way of telling, helps bring the light to the forefront and remind us why we’re all here doing this work.

He writes much about the shift from dominant male energy into female energy, the shift of the Earth’s Kundalini, the building and maintenance of the Unity Consciousness Grid, the importance of the indigenous peoples, the role of Atlantis, Tibet and now Chile and Peru. If you read any book this year, please read this one. It will put so many more of us on the same page of understanding in a sea of metaphysical information.

So, let’s get back to my friend Robert and his Earth energy read. As I was reading “Serpent of Light,” Melchizedek talked about the poles (North and South Poles) switching places. I’m not going to reiterate everything he says, however there is a great deal of evidence of pole transitions in past Earth kundalini shifts, and we’re experiencing the same types of anomalies in our magnetic grid now that we have before. Evidently, the magnetic grid has been dramatically thinning for some time and scientists are concerned the poles will actually switch (which has happened before). The reason we’re not hearing about this is that governments around the world have shut scientists’ public conversations down concerning this issue. When I read this information in Melchizedek’s book, I immediately thought about Robert and his read on the Earth’s energy for September/October. I do not know if it is accurate or true to link Robert’s read on the Earth’s energy with Drunvalo’s information about a potential pole shift, however I did feel a deep resonance between the two. I’ll leave it up to you to run through your filters and discern. However, if this Earth electromagnetic energy event occurs, from what I understand, it would put pressure on the Earth’s outer crust to shift.


Recap of Winter Holistic Fair in Fort Collins, Colorado

Switching gears entirely (but eventually coming full circle), I attended my first show for the year at Winter Holistic Fair in the Fort Collins, Colorado’s Lincoln Center earlier in March (as well as guest psychic at Wind Water Vibe Center in Greeley, CO). I was assuming it would be a low key affair given the time of year and most people’s winter lethargy coupled with the deep energy transitions we’ve all been experiencing. Boy, was I in for a surprise!

Saturday was busy and Sunday we (myself and other practitioners) were blown away by the sheer numbers of people and those, one after another, asking for help. My client seat was rarely empty—one person left and another person filled it. I was stunned how hungry people are to learn, know, absorb and experience the deeper answers within their souls. I was deeply moved by how many souls are dealing with so much in the micro-cosm of their daily lives. It truly highlighted to me how everyone... and I mean everyone is dealing with so much on a daily basis, and dealing with deep deep issues and questions in their personal lives. I was so deeply honored to work with people and to have the experience and vantage point from my seat. Everyone on the planet is participating in a sacred sacred walk... even those who don’t know it. Everything each one of us does is so important and special. I hope, at least, I can transcend and impart to you how important all of this is.


Experiencing Two Worlds on the Way Home

So, as I was driving home to Durango from the Front Range, I had a lot of time to process everything I had experienced and learned — so much so that at points, I lost track of my speed. South of Saguache, I was driving about 75 in a 60 to 65 mpr zone and not paying attention. Suddenly, from the opposite direction, a cop car flew by and I gasped, looking down at my speedometer. I thought for certain, he’d flip a u-turn and come back to ticket me. No such thing. He kept right on going. Then I heard one of my Spirit Guide’s voices in my inner ear. “They can’t see you, Dana.” And that followed with a ball of energy information that showed me I was resonating in a different plane or field than the resonance of the police officer and his vehicle. It was an odd relief filled, yet disconcerting, disorienting moment. (I should also note that the more I have become aware of Draconian and Reptilian energies—topics I have not brought to light here yet-- the more I know these energies/entities are infiltrated within and hold energy in our police and military systems.) What I am learning is that the more we resonate with light, peace and love, the more we become invisible to these energies/entities. We simply naturally remove ourselves off of their radar screen. (This also pertains to the Grays as well.)

But that wasn’t all. As I continued driving down the road, another ball of information came through to me and it was that of one Earth separating into two. Several years ago, (I think in Kryon, and then later Linda, my mentor mentioned this to me in a book she was reading), that part of this shift entails the energetic (??) creation of two Earths, not one. And the experience I had just had with the officer not seeing me had everything to do with this shift.

Since this experience, one of my contacts in Durango confirmed this with her explanation of the event being like this: She represented the Earth as a large atom in the process of splitting into two atoms. As an atom splits (before it splits), a lot of chaos and sorting occurs at the nucleus in mitosis and meiosis. The pulling apart looks like a complicated, sticky affair. She seems to think that we are currently in the stages of the sticky chaos before our two worlds pull apart. Not long after this conversation, I watched Victoria Liljenquist’s video, and she mentions this information as well. I’m not sure how this is to occur, I’ve heard it enough times now to merit it – and I know its important to mention it here.


Beyond Duality into 5 Dimensions

Since we’re on the topic of esoteric but important information that’s affecting all of us, I know it’s important to mention this as well. Since last fall, I’ve had subtle repeated feelings and questions about ‘what is beyond duality?’ All of us, while we’re here on this planet, doing the spiritual walk in the human body, walk in the framework of light and dark, the field of duality. But as I’ve experienced more energy and work in the shadow field, and worked with the concept of annealing our ‘heaven within our earth’ (transcending our spirit into and through our body—I’ve written about this in the last several energy updates), I’ve had these little window peeks into another concept . . . the field of energy beyond duality into 5D. I’ve felt questions coming up about ‘is there something beyond this play field of light and dark?’ “Is part of this shift and transcending our light and dark energies through our body into a new place moving us through this into something else?” The more I go to this concept and field of energy, the more I believe so. It seems and feels to me that we are headed to something beyond the light and dark of duality that has everything to do with the multiples of multi-dimensionality.


The Importance of “I AM” and Quietude in Shadow Land

Although this month I was ready to dive right into more talk about the shadow landscape, I’ve been derailed a bit. But I did promise to begin providing tools to use in the shadow parts of self. These are two simple, yet VERY powerful tools. I’ve used them multiple times and found them to be very handy and reliable, especially in my darkest moments. I hope you do too.

Right now, in our culture, we spend so much of our time escaping and running away from ourselves. It’s easy with so many distractions like t.v., computers, web surfacing, phones, cell phones, radios, schedules, activities, agendas, jobs, video games, movies, books . . . everything . . . to just lose ourselves. And this is a big part of what the shadow is all about—forgetting who we really are.

One of the largest parts of reclaiming ourselves and balancing our shadow with our light is coming front and center present with ourselves within our soul. How do you do this? Time and again, I find myself asking my clients “Do you spend any quiet time with yourself?” I’m not talking traditional meditation or any agenda driven thing . . . I’m just talking, how often and how do you spend ‘quiet time,’ in peace, just breathing, being alone with yourself? Most people give me a blank look and realize they just don’t. Most of there lives is taken up with ‘everything’ and ‘stuff.’

This is so simple and powerful, yet it is the most overlooked part of our spiritual empowerment: spending quiet time in peace, calm, breathing love with ourselves. This is the beginning where we begin to actually ‘hear’ ourselves. Once you move past the exterior of boredom (which is another term for running away from self), the mindless ego mind chatter and fear, then you’re in a room with yourself where you are endlessly rich. This is where you begin to ‘call all parts of yourself home.’ Practice it systematically and begin to see what happens—what you hear, how you feel, perceptual clarities.

When you are in this quiet space, and you experience a sense of fear/panic rising in you that you ‘just can’t be here’ (which I believe is a lot of what keeps people running and filling their lives with ‘stuff.’) stop yourself. Here’s where the rubber meets the road. This is the moment of conscious choice where you decide if you keep running or you decide if you are going to remain present with yourself. (From many different sources and in many different ways, I’ve been shown this.)

There are two-three words you can use here in this space: “I AM” and “I AM HERE.” It’s this simple. This is where you begin practicing being present with yourself. The two words, “I AM” are hardwired in with our DNA. I’m not sure how it works, but it always feel like the equivalent to me of calling my God Self front and center on the scene. Think about it... if “I AM” and “I AM HERE,” nothing, absolutely nothing can be in your very own energy space... only you.
